WHAT IS TEDxDANUBIA EXECUTIVE SALON?
The goal of the Salon is to connect real global and local business actors - not theorists - in a two-way discussion. A TED style talk will be followed by a Q&A and networking.
According to the Salon’s first speaker in January, Nani Beccalli, the GE top international veteran, globalization will continue to connect the world despite the current turmoil. We hosted 100 executives engaged in the conversation.
TEDxDanubia organises this event in partnership with the 6000-member Hungarian Economic Association this time in LOFFICE, a major co-working space in the historical part of Budapest. We strongly believe that executives need to interact with the emerging entrepreneur and startup community. We have limited seats for a meaningful conversation and networking.
Venue: LOFFICE, 1061 Budapest, Paulay Ede u. 55.
3.30 - 4.00 pm – Arrival and Registration (make sure you arrive on time, because we start sharp)
4.00 - 5.30 pm – TEDxDanubia talk followed by a Q&A
5.30 - 6.30 pm – Networking

EPAM Systems was founded in 1993. It is headquartered in the US, however it traces its roots in Central and Eastern Europe. As Mr. Fejes played a significant part from the beginning as a member of the company’s top leadership, we asked him to share his career story and provide some insights into EPAM’s journey as it scaled up from a start up to a NYSE listed public company and a recognized global player in its industry. Our strong belief is that similarly to Estonia, other countries in the CEE region can also become an innovation hub in the digital era. We believe Balazs Fejes (FB) is definitely someone we should know better in the CEE; we can learn from his story.
